Structural and cranial osteopathy

A graduate of the College of Osteopaths in London, having received her training in both structural and cranial osteopathy, benefitting from valued guidance and mentorship under Ercilia De Marco.

Alex is now delighted to be able to offer appointments in the Chorleywood clinic. She works in a holistic way using a range of techniques, including soft tissue and joint manipulation, neuromuscular and muscle energy technique, harmonics, and cranial osteopathy for all ages.

Holding additional qualifications in sports injury massage and soft tissue manipulation, Alex treats a wide range of conditions. However, she has a strong ethos towards treating you as a whole person, meaning that treatments are tailored to your specific individual needs, with supplementary advice offered in order to support you between sessions.
